Quick carpet drying, no issues here.

It was a leaky pipe that had flooded the carpet in our basement. In a couple of hours they were able to get all the water out. This crew employed equipment that detected moisture behind walls which made a big difference in time of drying unlike my earlier experience where contractors left without dealing with dampness hidden behind walls.

Very professional and thorough. They explained every step of the restoration process clearly and left my house completely dry and clean. Excellent customer service from start to finish

The first bid was competitive and this team found moisture seepage from an adjoining wall that the first firm we talked to completely overlooked. The staff worked effectively to remove the wet drywall over the course of an afternoon without needless damage to the adjacent areas.

Had a bad experience with another firm who left moisture, this team did a full water extraction and everything was dry in approximately 2 hours. It’s been a week now and the regions are still perfectly dry and free of any musty aromas.
