Responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable. I have used their services on multiple occasions and would recommend them.
Storm Protection is an excellent company to do business with. Customer service is second to none and the owner is at the job site. Quality work, quality customer service and a fair price. I would do business with Storm Protection in a heartbeat.
Storm Protection did a GREAT job for us, replacing our old roll-down shutters with new. The product quality, workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, start to finish. They also went above and beyond by coordinating with another contractor to make both jobs go smoothly. We would highly recommend Al Carter and Storm Protection to anyone!
Al and his helper were terrific! Both were conscientious and professional the entire time they were here and answered all my questions thoroughly. They cleaned up after they were done and went above and beyond to ensure our place looked even better than it had when they arrived. I highly recommend them for repairs and installation of storm protection items.
They arrived on time the day expected. Al worked together with the two young men. Super polite, attention to all details and install was great Thank you storm protection! Would highly recommend
