My 13yo and I did the Bannerman Castle kayak and it was fantastic! The guides were really kind and knowledgeable- we felt totally cared for and safe. The paddling was no joke, so on a windy day you might want to use a tandem rather than solo kayak. We would definitely do this again!
My wife and daughter and I went on the Bannerman's Island tour. We had a great guide named Will he helped us in and out of our kayaks and was patient with us and took good photos of us. Definitely a great experience.We had a beautiful day on the river.
Great guides, fun and exciting This Hudson river is awesome dnd the only way to appreciate it is floating on a kayak with SKAT!! Beautiful evening with blue skies and calm waters- perfect!
I took a tour from Cornwall to Pollepel Island/Bannerman's Castle and it was AWESOME! Our tour guides were fantastic, really nice people. The whole process was very organized and efficient. Really amazing experience all around, 100% recommend. Keep in mind that it definitely is a workout, so be prepared for a full 2 hours of paddling.
