This company was hired to start and finish a job, unfortunately was also asked for BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION such as, W-9 INSURANCE, WORKERS COMPENSATION to be emailed over to us for TAX PURPOSES..YET 4 1/2 weeks and WE HAVE RECEIVED SAME, NOTHING (no documents) but disrespectful texts Jacqueline (owners wife) have sent us, she became very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL tours the payment situation on a ticket that HAS NOT YET BEEN PAID BY ROOFER CONTRACTOR DUE TO 2 OTHER JOBS NOT PAID, HES UNDER FRAUDULENT INVESTIGACIÓN..it’s been badl... read more
Well, what could have been a 5 star experience ended up in a sour tasting one. After agreeing to the estimate we scheduled an install that included upgraded gutters and leafguard. Although they had some unforseen vehicle issues that caused them to be late, they communicated their time of arrival & arrived at a reasonable hour. Gutters were clogged and no one else could make it out within like a week, they were there the very next day and was the most cost effective out of all the other options
