I can’t speak highly enough about Storm Guard. We needed a new roof quickly during the sale of our home and James Penny from Storm Guard took care of us quickly. I wanted to take a second and speak about how good this company was to work with. I have a detached garage that I had been putting off adding gutters too for some time. I finally decided to do it and I went with these guys here. They came to my house with a crew of about 5 and they all went right to work, each one knowing exactly what their job was. they ran all the gutters, down spouts, corner caulking, and attachments and were gone in 45 minutes. Excellent service! We had an bathroom exhaust pipe damaged. Made a call & they dispatched James to survey the issue. He deployed a drone and found the problem within minutes. They installed a new exhaust pipe the next day within 30 minutes. I was beyond impressed with the service, friendliness, and prompt repair time. I will definitely give them a call again for any future roofing needs.
Would give six stars if I could! From start to finish, the communication, the customer service, and the work ethic were all top-notch. James and his team showed up when they said they'd show up, they worked hard (and quickly!), and they kept us informed the whole way through. Not only that, they did THE MOST thorough cleanup job. There was not a speck of trash when they left! I am so glad we went with Storm Guard for this project. We cannot recommend them enough!
