I cannot say enough good things about Storm Guard and my representative Jose. From quickly contacting me to always keeping me updated about the job, Jose was professional and attentive. The work was done in just a few hours and they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they had been there.
Storm Guard of Spring Roofing did a phenomenal job installing gutters on my new home! The gutters look fantastic and they did a great job color matching to satisfy HOA! Jose did well keeping me updated, sending me photos throughout the installation which gave me a peace of mind while I was at work. Coming from a Project Management in Construction perspective, I was very impressed on the quality and cleanliness. I highly recommend Denisse and her family team at Storm Guard.
Great company to work with, specially with this unexpected things. Priscila Smith was great and helped in all the process, dealing with the insurance, HOA permits she was with us all the time and they send you a timeline on how the work is done. They clean everything all the way to the wood and install better materials than what the builders normally use so we are very pleased with the work and happy that we have a new roof that will last longer than the original one.
Experience with Storm Guard exceeded my expectations from day one. All personal were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fully explained scheduling of work being done. Replaced roof, soffits and fascia was of highest quality. Most strongly without reservations recommend their services.
