Have a leak in a roof for a commercial building, asked for a estimate for the roof repair. Storm guard came out gave me an estimate, signed a contract, but the leak was never fixed. They stated that they came out a second time and the weather was bad and could not do anything. Called them back and was told we need a new roof, not a good way to do business especially when you call yourself experts in the field. They may be good for new roofs not but I'm not to sure about repairs for existing roofs??
We reached out to Kevin with StormGuard after we had a leak around one of our back doors. We suspected a roof issue. Kevin and his assistant, Kathy, came out and assessed the situation in a timely manner and determined we did have storm damage causing the leak. I used Storm Guard of New Bern for replacement of windows and siding. The location was somewhat isolated going through 15 miles of a dirt road. It was not uncommon to see Kathy delivering materials. I did not have a question that she could not answer. Her efficiency, attention to detail, response time, customer service and follow through was top shelf!
