I used Storm Guard of New Bern for replacement of windows and siding. The location was somewhat isolated going through 15 miles of a dirt road. It was not uncommon to see Kathy delivering materials. I did not have a question that she could not answer. Her efficiency, attention to detail, response time, customer service and follow through was top shelf! Kathy has been great. She’s been very responsive to all of our calls and texts. She was able to meet with the independent adjuster to go over their findings as well as share photos she was able to take in the attic. I look forward to working through the process of the insurance and getting a new roof put on the house.
