Out of four roofing companies I contacted to inquire about getting my roof replaced. Storm Guard was the only one to call me back. From our first conversation, Eric displayed simply great customer service. As this being my first experience getting my roof replaced, he literally navigated me the whole way through, even suggested a color for the shingles. Our mother experienced a hail storm a few weeks ago. We reached out to Storm Guard Mansfield and they showed up at her home the same day and all the work was performed that same week! The work performed was a new roof, gutters, screens, and fence repair. Steve Kneller and the Storm Guard Team were responsive and courteous. We couldn't have asked for better customer service.
