I needed a Survey Damp Report for pre-purchase purposes and Steve at Storm Damp Proofing was recommended to me by someone who had used him in the past. I required the report very quickly and although he was busy Steve managed to carry out the survey and provide the report the very next day. He even phoned me to give a verbal report and explain everything first. The service was exceptional and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

I approached Storm for a free estimate to treat some damp as stipulated on their website - They insisted that my ‘type’ of enquiry would cost £75 as in their experience it would be ‘time wasting’. Unhelpful, misleading and unprofessional.
I just bought my first house in the Summer and I needed someone to sort out damp proofing for me as soon as possible. Steve was brilliant, popped down as soon as he could and even quoted me less than another company who I would have had to wait 3 months for. He kept me in the loop on everything he was doing.
