RecommendedOver the top impresses with the crew at Storm Cycles. I went to Storm for a replacement bolt for my rear shock. Between Tanner and Juan I was able get the bolt replaced, a thoroughly bike check and chain replacement on the spot. They have an incredibly knowledgeable crew that are anxious to help you. Shout-out to the god awful customer service at Storm Cycles. Not only did I have to entirely rebuild the demo you initially put Lauren on because the fork wasn't installed properly, both brakes were loose, and not a single solitary bolt was to torque, you had to step up your game.
