Purchased several clothing items, which I love. The crossbody bag, however, started to fray where the strap met the seam within a couple months of minimal use. I contacted customer support and their response was to suggest that I stitch it back together….myself!
Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this company and their products. Met with Jane Schuft in the Storm Creek showroom and she was great helping select clothing that we had our company logo added to. Our employees love the new clothing and we get compliments on it frequently. Highly recommend.
