This is the one and only gym I have stuck with in my life and I find I actually look forward to my work outs. Importantly Matt and staff ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and get stronger plus highly invented in your progress. It is truly a community and super friendly. 🤩🤩🤩🤩
I joined storm city in June 2024 and haven’t looked back! Matt is extremely professional and highly educated to not only provide a workout plan & ensure you do it properly, he also accommodates for all kinds of people. Going to a gym can be scary or intimidating, but the members here are kind, motivating and supportive! I can even bring my baby which makes “me time” so much easier. Best choice I ever made after moving to Windsor was committing to a membership at Storm City. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, the workouts are challenging and scalable for all levels, and the community is fantastic.
