Highly recommend Storm Basement. From start to finish they were excellent! Dave was very thorough in his quote and explained everything to me. Loved our experience with STORM. Dave gave an honest assessment of what was happening in our basement and realistic solutions to help with the dampness and moisture. We had a speedy install, and already notice a difference. If we have any further basement issues, STORM will be our first call.
Dave was very professional throughout the estimate and final completion of my dual sump pump project. His workers were very pleasant to work with and made every effort to keep the work area clean with drop cloths covering the floors. I highly recommend Storm basement for your basement projects.
I highly recommend this company. They came in and took the time explaining everything to us. Answered all our questions. Super quick to respond when we had future questions. Once worked started, they were super professional. Explained everything to us. It was a messy job but when they left, you would have never knew they were here. They gave me peace of mind that the next time it rains our basement will be dry.
Dave was great throughout the whole process! Very knowledgeable and answered all questions in depth! Laid out all your options so it did not feel like he was trying to sell you anything! He was very nice to work with! Came out to do a quote, ordered our products and scheduled an install date within a timely manner! Would highly recommend and definitely work with Storm again!
