Dr. Storkensen is very informative and professional. However, I cannot say the same about his staff who schedules appointments. They are rude and lack empathy when scheduling an appointment. They spend to much time with trivial matters such as you didn't show last time so you need another referral! I got transferred 3 times during one call. If you can get past that then you're good.
Professionalism, fom 1 thru 10, 10 being the best, Him and Nursing staff, no complaint about it.
