The images themselves were great. However, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment at 2:00, and didn’t see any employee until 2:35. Then when she came out of her previous appointment, she was not apologetic. Being 31 weeks pregnant, being told to not eat or pee before the appointment makes waiting over 30 minutes past our appointment time somewhat excruciating. Again, the images we received were great, but the wait was awful.
I had the pleasure of getting a 4D ultrasound done recently, and I can’t say enough good things about Ayesha. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. She made me feel so comfortable and excited, explaining everything clearly and taking the time to get the best possible images of my baby.
