Oh my heart!! I had an appointment with Jessica around 12:30 that I booked last minute, and I even arrived 15 minutes late, but she was incredibly kind and polite. I absolutely loved the environment — it was so comfortable, and the picture quality was amazing. I also got a weekend discount, which made the experience even better. My baby was hiding and didn’t want to show his face, but Jessica was so patient and cooperative, and she made sure I got to see my baby boy’s face. 100/100 recommend! 💙

The images themselves were great. However, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment at 2:00, and didn’t see any employee until 2:35. Then when she came out of her previous appointment, she was not apologetic. Being 31 weeks pregnant, being told to not eat or pee before the appointment makes waiting over 30 minutes past our appointment time somewhat excruciating. Again, the images we received were great, but the wait was awful.
