I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I had an appointment for May 25th, 2026 and called to confirm in advance that they would be open this day. I was told they’d be open, and received several emails to confirm my appointment as well as a text message to confirm, only to drive 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility. The owner claimed to have sent me text messages saying the sonographer was out because of an emergency surgery but I did not receive said messages or any calls or emails. ... read more
Oh my heart!! I had an appointment with Jessica around 12:30 that I booked last minute, and I even arrived 15 minutes late, but she was incredibly kind and polite. I absolutely loved the environment — it was so comfortable, and the picture quality was amazing. I also got a weekend discount, which made the experience even better. My baby was hiding and didn’t want to show his face, but Jessica was so patient and cooperative, and she made sure I got to see my baby boy’s face. 100/100 recommend! 💙
