We had such a lovely experience today! Went for my first 3D/4D ultrasound with my husband and kids, and our tech Shonia was wonderful! She did such a great job showing us our baby, and explaining everything! Thank you for such a great experience!! I will definitely be recommending you guys!
I’ve already seen the hostile way this business responds to reviews, so I’m just leaving this here for any prospective customers. DO NOT come here. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was told that my child was in a “bad position” for the ultrasound (never mind that I have had two 3-D ultrasounds done before this, and she was in the exact same position, and I did tell the tech that). First time mom here and I had a great experience at Stork Vision today! Our tech, Shonia, was extremely personable and took great care of my husband and me. Just a heads up to other mamas, I have an anterior placenta so my pictures didn’t turn out as great as I maybe wanted but you can’t really control placenta placement so this has nothing to do with the service or staff…just wanted other mamas with an anterior placenta to be aware that the photos may be blurry as a result. I was so anxious to see my baby and Shonia was sweet enough to squeeze me in! I enjoyed the experience so much. I cannot wait to come back the customer service is 10/10! I would definitely recommend to any expecting mother Shonia eased my anxiety and was so sweet the entire time. I can’t wait to revisit!
