Had Ricky and his offsider, Isaac remove my old split system and replace with new. They were there on time, very friendly and professional. Did the job, cleaned up and were away in just over an hour. Will use them again. Oh, and Ricky pointed out we had overpaid as they could use some of the previous pipe and wiring. Sent refund through that day as promised.
Ricky and his team were very professional, experienced, and genuine. They came to my home and did an assessment, provided recommendations and honest installation quotes. He did the job perfectly and promptly with no mess. It was so neat and I was very impressed. Thank you so much for installing my split system on a very hot summer's day. In June 2018, I paid $550 for installation of a split system Panasonic AC I'd purchased as replacement in a bedroom (Pic 3). I've used Stork before, and was happy to pay a premium price for good installation. However this time the guy who turned up seemed half hearted about it. I had specified I wanted it on a stand on the ground, which wasn't brought with them, and had to get them back to fix, but otherwise it was an adequate installation.
