Stori and her team are very nice people truly kind and welcoming. But the pricing and quality of the alterations did not match the cost. My wedding is November 23rd, and we brought my dress in on October 16th. I understood there might be a rush fee, but Stori assured us she did not charge one. 1. Joy's talent is exceptional! She worked with me on my timeline and was flexible with me because I lived across country and had to schedule flights to come back for fittings. She made me feel at ease and worked with me to ensure she had my dress just how I envisioned it prior to my wedding. Joy did an amazing job of accommodating my dress alterations in a very short time and my dress turned out perfect!
Loved Joy and her team so much!! They completely changed my wedding dress around and noticed the smallest things that needed adjusting. They were able to add beautiful details to my dress like a bow in the back and a belt to the waistline. Appreciate these guys so much!!
I am over the moon with my experience with Stori. There was a miscommuniation on my dress from the dress maker and it ended up being 10 inches long than I wanted. Stori was able to move all the appliques by hand and it looks seamless!! I had no worries with them. Thank you so much Stori!
