Joy was amazing! Very quick alterations for my wedding dress. They were very helpful and made sure everything was perfect, even when I needed the straps fixed a few times. Joy is great with communication and the boutiques have the cutest clothes. Would definitely recommend for your alterations needs!

The store was beautiful. The staff was very nice and professional. I paid over $1,000 for my wedding dress alterations and still didn't love the fit of my dress. I was nervous to ask for any additional alterations to be completed at my final fitting because I did not know if they were going to charge more $$.
Joy and Julie were lifesavers! I had my dress altered in Atlanta, where I am from, but the seamstress made promises that she couldn't fulfil at the last minute. I was incredibly sad that by wedding dress wasn't going to look as I hoped when purchasing it. Since I was getting married in Jacksonville, I thought I would try to find someone who could possibly help TWO days prior to my wedding. Joy was amazing!
