An excellent place for eye care. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Almost no wait for my appointment and the whole process went very quickly compared to other places I've been to in the past. I am looking forward to catching up with everyone in a year.
I have to say…I had an experience that had the potential of being negative, (communication breakdown) resulting in almost missing my appointment. The team was apologetic and committed to resolving the issue asap. I was treated swiftly, with respect and care. I always am when I go there. And I’ve been treated at several other optical locations in the area. I will continue to come to OptiCare, East Grand Forks. Still my number one choice!
On vacation and had eye pain. Called and they could see me almost right away. Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the two optometrists! Would highly recommend!
