Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Made the mistake of storing my items here in good faith. Building leaks and destroyed irreplaceable documents. Owner took zero accountability and actually wanted to somehow blame us for things being in there too long? No questions when I paid every month though. Also, they went in my unit to get water out of the ceiling without notifying me so he could pretend it wasn’t raining into the taped up liner above the unit. Bad mojo. Save yourself the trouble. Get a shed.

Made a reservation for a Uhaul here, got a confirmation for that reservation, and now I’m here at 7am and they didn’t assign a truck to my reservation. I can’t pick it up, and they don’t open for another 2 hours. Terrible operation.
