It's bad enough that the rates are too expensive. What's worse is that the maintenance guy has harassed me and my friend on at the site, stalked me at my job and bad mouthed me around town with several people coming forward to me about it. The owner just let it happen even after I proved it with witnesses and evidence. After I left the owner harassed me for money that I didn't owe. Worst storage site ever

I rented here for two years. New owner is terrible. Locked me out of the facility. Said my trailer that i stored outside was damaging his dirt lot. Then lied by saying I told his employee I was leaving at the end of the month. He violated his lease. Do not rent from him.

Previous owner was awesome. New owner is a con. Re: outside storage - new owner put up posts 3" off either side of our trailer making parking & accessing it difficult. Then trailer next to us back into ours and owner pretty much says TS and to deal with it. Minnesota State Hwy patrol & Delano police are dealing with a hit & run and owner will face charges also. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!

Reasonably priced units, 24 hr access, security gate and cameras. The owner is super nice and easy to work with, always responds quickly. Locks are provided.
