The driver who came to pick up my beloved stranded truck was Timothy. The wait was no longer than 15 minutes. Tim was calm and cool throughout the process. My right front wheel had fallen directly under the lower control arm, and he managed to get it on the bed without damaging additional parts. I was impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. So yes, I will not hesitate to call Allied again.
Could not of had a better experience in a bad situation. Doug took care of me and my car like it was his. He was able to pull my truck onto the wrecker without damaging my driveway or truck in a tricky spot. It’s always fun to see a real professional at work regardless of the trade.
