Worst guy on the planet! Only cares about himself and no one else. Has problems with law due to addiction. I regret to know to guy personally but I lost respect for such a low human being that decided to work less with the intention to stop paying alimony and child support. If he doesn't take care of his children what makes you think that he will put your best interest in hand?

His amazing he is super patient and he will find what want price and quality
I found Buzz on Zillow and thank goodness I used him. I had specific location and price needs that I could not be flexible with. I trusted him and followed all his instructions. There were at least five other offers and some offers where higher or the same amount as ours. Because of his experience we wrote our offer in a special way and I won the house.
