Good shop, with good people
We broke down off I-65 on my way home. I had to get my car towed. I chose Storey Automotive because of the “good reviews”. Firmly believe I was taken advantage of. I ended up paying $791 to replace the alternator on my wife’s mini van. I called 3 other shops including one in my home town and they quoted me between 600-700 max. The alternator cost around $400 so labor ended up being nearly $400. They would not even give me an estimate the first time I called and said “they would have to look at it to diagnose it”.
