I experienced an unexpected forced move and a few access issues. Even though I experienced frustration, great responsiveness, they resolved my concerns, but when I decided to terminate the lease, I didn't exactly feel welcomed back if I decided to return.
Everyone who I dealt with was so exceptionally kind and helpful! Doug at the Slippery Rock location was awesome! I will definitely be using STORExpress Slippery Rock in the future for any storage needs.
Perfect solution for us. Store Express employees were very helpful. We used indoor storage. Clean, spacious, locked storage. Easy access from the road. Locked storage with access as needed. We will definitely use them again!
I reserved my storage unit a month ago and am still waiting for the "included moving truck" that the company promises when they quote you. Anytime I call they say it is in the shop and they aren't sure of when it will be available. But it has been a month so far. Not good customer service.
