Rented storage space via their website, receiving a reply with a gate code. Arrived at the facility to find the keypad for the gate wasn't present. Called their number, emailed them, texted - no reply at least not until the next morning when the person replied in an unprofessional manner. I had to go to another facility due to this development, so I demanded a refund, but he/she ignored it. I should have known better than to engage in business with someone possessing a 2.0 Google rating, so that part is my fault.

I wanted to like this place. The gate works and it's secluded. We had our 5th wheel here for about 2 weeks and then sold it and there were no issues with that. The problem is there is absolutely no customer service and the owner is clearly not professional as you can see in other reviews where instead of resolving issues he just mocks people and ignores them. Dishonest company. If there was a way to leave negative stars, that's what they deserve. Do not rent here. You will regret doing business with them.

Worst company ever! I rented a space for 1 month and had a contract that clearly stated that. They charged me for 2 months and when I contacted them about it, after leaving several messages was finally told the owner would have to deal with it and will get back to me. I never got a call back and now they will not return any calls, texts or emails. I will be reporting this company and filling a claim against them. Do NOT do business with them! They will cheat you.
