We had a great time working with Storetec Services Limited. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. During our time at Storetec we saw first hand how hard working the staff are and it was amazing to see how each area of document management worked so seamlessly. Superb service! Steve Mattinson arranged a small job that I have been trying to get completed for months - which other companies either refused or wouldn't take on because it was too small. I was delighted that Steve was able to transfer the information on some rare parts fiche for me and, whilst there was some age-related damage, the results were better than expected. Fantastic company to deal with - highly recommended whatever your job.
Storetec services have been excellent, they returned hundreds of engineering drawings, documents and microfilms and indexed them brilliantly. Friendly team and After sales support very good too! Fast turn around from collection to receipt. They also scanned many old and damaged large format documents which they handled well.
Great customer service, fast completion and amazing quality results! Although the office isn't London based, my request was dealt with very quick and without any delays. Great communication with Grace, who made sure that everything was running swiftly and according to the plan. Thank you! I will definitely recommend and will also come back in the future!
A terrific company that undertook an unusual job willingly and efficiently when other digital and scanning companies had turned me down.
