I have been waiting 7 MONTHS to get my deposit back !!!! They keep giving me the run around and not returning my calls. I’ll just have to take them to court I suppose and get way more than my deposit back. I swept it out and made sure it was ready for the next person. But now that they refuse to give me my deposit back I do not suggest you rent a unit here. And these units are NOT climate controlled.
We rented a climate control unit. The owner is super responsive and always available. Loved the app controlled key.
