This was my first experience with America’s Tire. Tyler provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I will certainly engage in business with America’s Tire again.
I was put on hold twice for 20mins, I called from another phone and they answered. After I finish that call, other phone was still on hold. I get to the shop, the guy in charge of checking in customers kept answering phones for 30 mins. I wasted close to hr and a half
