They do not take care of their U-Haul vehicles. I tried to rent a 20' truck for my move and the first truck they attempted to rent me was absolutely trashed in the cargo bay and reeked of marijuana (to each their own, but I'm not a smoker and I have 2 young children). They switched trucks and not even 8 miles down the road, the transmission line snapped. There to pick up a uhal. Was not aware that it was a laundry mat. It was the cleanest laundry I have ever step foot in. The young lady on duty was a sweetheart.
