Friendly person - kind, helpful and informative
I am no longer using store local, however, we did use them for about two years. It is a clean facility, I will give them that. The prices would go up without any notification. When I reached out to management, they said that they would credit our account for the months that we were overcharged without notice… That never happened and when I followed up, there was someone else managing at that point and they were rude about it. I have enjoyed the unit, and I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs. The customer service is wonderful, and they are very friendly.
The store local storage located in Brentwood, TN is one of the cleanest storage facility. The manager that is currently there is so active to every single tenant. It is rare to see a manager with a smile always on her face. Great place.
They are a great facility! They are always clean and staff is mostly helpful. However, they are slightly pricey for long term storage.
