Took over a month to process move out and kept sending invoices even after I moved out and just didn’t remove me from system after multiple calls and emails which was really disheartening. Just not good enough from a big company

Entrance was completely blocked by a large truck which stopped all others using gaining access.

Don’t secure anything of value here. Unhelpful staff when you need to call, couple strange individuals who strut around the “office” thinking they run the show. Take your business elsewhere to secure your goods. This place doesn’t care about your belongings.
