Entrance was completely blocked by a large truck which stopped all others using gaining access.

Don’t secure anything of value here. Unhelpful staff when you need to call, couple strange individuals who strut around the “office” thinking they run the show. Take your business elsewhere to secure your goods. This place doesn’t care about your belongings.
Very good facility, secure, safe, modern, convenient and comfortable, great pricing too.
Horrible customer service. Was overcharged for a storage unit and requested a refund. Took them weeks to reply and still no resolution. Would not recommend
