To whom this concerns, I visited my storage unit in Hendra on Wednesday to check on the new baits placed by Darren on Monday 14th July. Both baits have been taken/eaten which eludes to the situation of attracting rats to my unit from within the complex. Can someone please call me to discuss my options. Took over a month to process move out and kept sending invoices even after I moved out and just didn’t remove me from system after multiple calls and emails which was really disheartening. Just not good enough from a big company
Really clean site, easy to access, and you feel safe there. Great set up!
Entrance was completely blocked by a large truck which stopped all others using gaining access.
