I very rarely write negative reviews; however, my experience with StoreLocal has been so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others: do not use this service. A very competitive rate was advertised for the unit. Before signing the hire agreement, I specifically called to confirm that the rate would not be immediately increased after signing. Extremely disorganized!!! I made my reservation 3 days in advance, upon arrival I had the wrong booking size unit, they didn't give me the access code, and when I called the office...I've been waiting for over 1 :45 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to resolve the problem. I'm paying the removal team by the hour, and all this stress is happening!!
