We stored professional equipment for 3 months in a large unit at Store It Safe Pakenham and everything was perfect. The pricing is very competitive and the quality of service is excellent. Huge thanks to Scott, the manager, who looked after us from the booking right through to handing the unit back at the end of the rental. He always picked up the phone no matter the time of day and was incredibly accommodating. He even closed the door remotely the day we forgot to do it ourselves. I recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend this storage facility. The units are modern, clean, and really easy to access with the app system — makes the whole process super simple and convenient. 24/7 access is a huge bonus, and they also have shared trailer which makes moving things so much easier. Scott, the owner, has been incredibly responsive and helpful from day one. He answered every question quickly and genuinely makes you feel welcome and looked after. Overall, a really easy and stress-free experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone... read more
