I’ve had a great experience with StoreItSafe Pakenham. The staff especially Scott are always super helpful whenever I have technical issues, which I really appreciate since I share the unit with my ex-partner. The place is new, clean, and very easy to access. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable storage option.

Gosh I Love this Place, it’s been a Real God-Sent for Our Family, that Extra Room We desperately needed, The flexibility to access Our Personal Things is awesome too, it’s Safely Stored & Locked Up Securely , it’s Like Fort Knox Secure, great Peace of Mind. We’ve had Our Unit here for just Over Two Years now, & We did have Two Units, side by side, so it gave Us Relaxing assurance to Comfortably Cull Our Belongings down to a manageable One Unit, which suited Our Needs Perfectly. I can’t thank Store It Safe enough! I was in a tough spot late at night when my current storage facility wouldn’t answer their phone, and I urgently needed somewhere to store my car. I called Store It Safe around 11pm, and they actually picked up and helped me right away. They found space for my car and made the whole process super easy despite the hour. Incredible customer service — truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend them if you need storage, especially in a pinch! If I could I'd honestly give them more stars.
