We have had the pleasure of working with Amanda Rucker. She is very professional and responds quick. Prices are excellent and it has been a smooth transaction both times we have been here. Will be returning several more times as we are building multiple houses. We drive 5 hours round-trip to do business with Amanda.
Wish their products did not come with those ridiculous sticky price tag stickers that are nearly impossible to get off. I bought a door and there was plastic over the glass to protect it and I discovered after taking off the plastic that there was a price tag sticker on the inside and outside of every pane… took longer to remove the stickers and residue than it did to install the door…. We worked with Amanda, but honestly all of the sales reps are very nice (Trey and Ashleigh). This place is awesome and they have really great deals! My husband and I were able to purchase our interior and exterior doors, windows, cabinets/vanities, and countertops all from Storehouse Lincolnton. Amanda was very responsive by email which worked great for us! I highly recommend checking this place out.
