The rental and check out process was so easy. StoreEase contacted me a short time later to make see if I needed anything. This is a short term rental but will definitely use StoreEase again it needed. Eli and TJ were great. So helpful and friendly.
To start out, Eli made it so easy to take care of the situation that we had. This guy should be the trainer for customer service. Just an awesome person to speak to and handled everything we needed in a very professional manner. We love the location and the customer service is five stars. Thanks again Eli we appreciate your professionalism.
He was very helpful and took my payment and deleted my debit card as I ask him to do!
