Revised: I have thought long and hard about this review but I spoke to Mia, Senior Management and she was very nice and helpful. I have never rented storage before and I am posting this review regarding storage units at the StoreEase Loganville Ga location. This facility is fairly new, maybe a couple of years old and needs cleaning!! The facility has had a rat issue and I was told they are working on this issue. I had the BEST experience with Jalen today. I had to rent a storage last minute and had several problems with the rental size, access, etc - none of which were Jalen’s fault. I called him three time and he handled every call with professionalism and grace. Thank you, Jaylen for making a frustrating issue tolerable.
Bailey was very helpful and sweet. Answered all of my questions with confidence.
