Easy rental process online, quick automated texts, quick employee follow up, easy to use app for access to unit. Would suggest a units map to find units easier but otherwise happy with this facility.
RATS!!!!!!! First of all this property isn’t managed by anyone on a day to day. There is no one in the office to speak to about concerns you have to call and wait for someone to maybe call you back. I have had water damage on the inside of my unit that is an indoor unit and now rat droppings all over my unit and they ate through many of my items. I have all home decor and zero edible food items in my unit. When I called about it no one called me back! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
