Pretty good storage. Have been there since they have opened and not much has changed except for Management, but they stay a top of what is needed to be done. And the people that have taken over and as well as customer service is pretty good.
The facilities are filthy and smelly. The second floor north door which is an emergency exit hasn’t worked in months it’s completely locked. There is always garbage and I found rat droppings and pee in the facility. Can’t recommend enough not to rent
I had a great experience with Storage Ease Kuykendahl location. I always had great people that I talked to if I needed help. In fact TJ helped me today he was polite and experienced and very helpful. He was wonderful. I would recommend using Storage Ease to family and friends.
StoreEase Self Storage is amazingly easy to access- all through an app and is very clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive and helpful - make sure to ask for Anna - she’s the best!
This place is really convenient! Everything all digital. The staff, especially Jalen, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people! I haven’t had any issues with them at all!
