I moved out in March due to the crazy increase in storage rent. Gate was ALWAYS broken, automatic entry door seemed to never close properly, not to mention RATS, rat feces and trash everywhere. It was disgusting. I was always calling and turning in this stuff I mentioned and it seemed to never get fixed. Don't get me started on the ghetto elevators!!! So glad to be away from this place!!
I have had the pleasure of speaking with two customer service representatives, Courtney and Ammar. They both showed excellent customer service. Both of these reps were very attentive, and genuinely appeared to care about my issue, and me as a customer. I felt valued and appreciated. That means a lot to me. I wanted to take this time out to commend them. Great job guys!
Rich was absolutely thoroughly detailed on the facility and how to work the app getting in and out of the storage gates and to my units. Was extremely courteous and nice when responding to all of my questions
Thank you Katie you’re awesome! I have a unit with Tomball Grand Storage and honestly they’re great! From there service at front desk to the units they offer. Definitely recommending to family and anyone who needs a storage unit.
I have had my things here for quite awhile and I don't know what happened but it seems that there is now a BIG rat problem. I went in recently to retrieve my military medical records that I had stored in one of my boxes. And came to find that a rat or rats literally started making a home in my box. It had been chewing and ripping up my documents to use as its cozy little home and the smell and sight of rat pee...disgusting!!!
