I have had my things here for quite awhile and I don't know what happened but it seems that there is now a BIG rat problem. I went in recently to retrieve my military medical records that I had stored in one of my boxes. And came to find that a rat or rats literally started making a home in my box. It had been chewing and ripping up my documents to use as its cozy little home and the smell and sight of rat pee...disgusting!!! Found this place as my normal storage unit was closed and glad I did. Super efficient sign up process and exceptional technology. Everything is on an app. No codes or keys to deal with.
