This is a clean, well supplied storage facility. I was amazed by the technology used to aquire my unit! No locks needed! Everything is transmitted by phone access! There are rolling carts available for easy transportation of your belongings and the loading entrance is convenient and shaded. Best of all, the cost efficiency of it all! I am satisfied with my choice of StoreEase and recommend them.
While the facilities itself are nice, it's a complete bait and switch. I find that so rude and inconvenient for customers. We are having to move our things to a different facility that had we known they did business this way, we would have never wasted our time with them. The entice customers with a 3ish month promotional rate but do not advertise it as such. Then they hike up the price by about $30/mth. It's absurd and shows the type of ownership behind the business.
