Changed the access hours from 24hours to a limited amount of hours but still haven’t changed the monthly billing prices. If you pay online you can’t do split pay everything has to come off of one card which is very inconvenient for me, you can’t pay in cash payments it has to be via card payment which is also very inconvenient for me. Horrible facility. I will never rent or refer anyone to this facility again. They have video surveillance but is unwilling to provide and give video proof of items being stolen out of your storage unit. My unit was broken into twice and all of my belongings and personal documentation was stolen. The walls do not go all the way to the ceiling and they work closely with the insurance company “Xercor” so they don’t have to provide footage if things are stolen.
