Unfortunately it wouldn't let me post without giving one star, so please ignore the star. The facility itself isn't bad. That's where it stops. The service is non-existent. To try to get someone on the phone that can do something to help is impossible. When you do, they tell you one thing and then you discover it was a lie. When moving out, I called in advance to let them know, then they charged me the full 3-month price anyway, the 3-months for after I moved out. I never got the refund I was promised. Easy to deal with, clean, good pricing, polite
Good location. Well lit at night. Easy access night or day and the facility was clean. There is a waiting list so you may have to compromise on the size of your unit. Overall nice safe facility. They even provide a porta potty which was handy for my little storage helpers.
