Disorganized company with horrendous customer support. Confirmed online and by phone that I have autopay enabled, and even received a payment receipt. The next day, was hit with a late fee for nonpayment - how is this possible? When I called the phone number in their automated text notification to ask - it was disconnected. When I clicked the URL in their automated text notification to look online - it points to an expired domain. I had to downsize quickly and chose the rental storage for things I could not fit in apartment I've had for 1 year. It feels like my garage. Easy access. My things are dry.
