Because of the surrounding farmland, everything stored in the unit ends up covered in a thick layer of dirt — even with the door closed the whole time. Anything you care about keeping clean needs to be sealed in plastic bins, not left exposed. The security gate has been broken and left wide open for weeks at a time, offering no security at all.
