ZERO stars. I did not have access to my unit for over a week. I called and left multiple voicemails, emailed and even sent a letter. Never heard a thing back. Now I have cancelled and they say I owe them for over a month when it should only be for 17 days due to the date I cancelled. Guess what? Can’t get ahold of anyone to dispute it. If it goes on my credit report we are going to have a real big problem. It was so much better with the old owners. I hate they sold out.
zero stars, this is the " new" style of no customer service company , no live agent, no one ever picks up the phone at the number listed, no accountability for an online only service, that fails absolutely to be a useful when the website malfunctions and users can't create an account to use the " service"
