This place sucks
If I could rate them with no stars I would. Owners are very rude to new customers calling for information. Frank hung up the phone mid sentence. I tried calling back to see if the disconnect was an accident but no it was deliberate as he would answer the phone but not say anything once I called back. They lack customer service skills and apparently considering other reviews, cleanliness. I seemingly dodged a bullet by not renting a unit with them. This place is infested with pest; rats, ants and roaches. Several tenants in the storage units have complained to the owners and nothing gets done. I really di recommend looking elsewhere.
