Good price and codes are nice. BuT that's where it ends. You can not get a 20' uhaul into far side or back without hitting the fence or the building. Then the way then building is built the metal beams for the roof gets condensation on them and water then drops down onto your stuff. Which then causes mold. The insurance they make you have, does not cover mold. And only covers water damage IF, the roof leaks..but not mold. Half my furniture is no longer usable.
Clean and well gated. Right next door ti the fire department so you couldnt ask for better security!

The Store It Here facility is clean, well maintained and SECURE. Easily seen from main roadway and amongst the rare that provides electricity for short periods of time. Having used a facility with cinderblock walls, concrete flooring, and sheet rock ceilings, I should have researched the proper storage techniques before putting anything in a unit made of metal with a concrete without climate controlled. I do want to thank the facilitate management team for putting "special trwats" out for rodents. 😊
