The gate was broken when I was trying to retrieve a motorcycle I have stored. After walking 2 miles to get it, I saw there were 4 vehicles trapped inside. I waited 30 minutes while multiple phone calls were made to try to fix it. Ultimately I had to walk 2 miles back home. I will be canceling my unit and finding a more reliable one
Bad service
Really awesome place! I had no trouble whatsoever applying online and moving my things into their VERY clean indoor unit! Staff was very friendly too. Highly recommend!
I Rented a U-Haul from this Boston Street location. When I went to pick it up on a Monday at about 10am, nobody was there. I don't trust a business when nobody is "minding the store" when it is supposed to be open. "Store It at the Hub" don't have a trustworthy system for doing legitimate business. I wouldn't store anything at this business. And NEVER rent a U-HAUL from incompetence when we needed this rental today! The owners arrogant attitude shows a need for many improvements.
