Susan was amazing, helped me threw the entire process made it very simple! She is the best!
The management is different now. It was not like before very friendly and helpful.
Susan was great and efficient, this was last minute from start to finish she explained everything all questions answered , we needed a storage unit and U-Haul and the price was very reasonable, I would rent here again !
We rented a Uhaul here recently, and due to a mistake out of their control it was slightly delayed. The manager was very helpful in getting it resolved and even providing alternate options for us to get another truck. In the end we did get our truck, and the very good customer service turned what could have been a disaster into a nice experience. Will rent here again.
