Nicole at Store here in Lexington park has been amazing. She is always so helpful and friendly. Bad day or not she has a smile on her face and is always ready to help with whatever I need. Would recommend this company specifically because of Nicole. Most of the storage facilities in the area have no one in office but Nicole is in the office five days a week to help with anything. She does it all. From yard work, to payment to solving all problems. She is the greatest one man operation I’ve seen in a while.
Store Here’s office manager Nicole was a great help to me figuring out what kind of storage unit best would work for my needs and I greatly appreciate her she has great customer service and is very knowledgeable and responsive.
This place was very professional. They were helpful, fast, and we had fabulous customer service from Nicole. Ive used store here for a long time and would recommend this place for everyone. I spoke with a woman named Nicole and she was such a pleasure.
