Kayla has been just awesome at customer service. I've used this location for temporary storage on and off for several years. It's super convenient for items I want quick access to, since I live basically next door in LWW. I also have another extra-large unit (10x20) on New Forsyth Road for my larger items. All the different representatives I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. However, I do have to say Kayla has been the best.
